1. All steels are selected from high-quality Q345B and Q235B steel, and the main chords and diagonal struts are made of special square steel pipes and angle steel.
2. The mast section is all processed by the overall sand blasting process. The surface is smoother and more beautiful. It is treated with anti-corrosion blasting. It uses the highest-quality paint in the tower crane industry, with strong adhesion and longer durability.
3. All chord connections are gas-shielded and welded. All the products are tested by weld inspection, x-ray and UT ultrasonic inspection. It is more secure.
Mast Section Processing
1) High-quality steel
Raw materials is from large steel enterprises such as An Steel, and the quality source is guaranteed.
2) A double-end milling machine
The double-end perpendicularity treatment is carried out by a numerically controlled milling machine to ensure the verticality of the section.
3) Large milling machine
The large-scale digital intelligent portal milling machine is more flexible and practical, and the quality is more reliable.
4) High-quality welding
The welding uses 80% argon + 20% carbon dioxide gas to protect the welding process and ensure beautiful soldering while also ensuring the reliability of the welding quality.
5) High-quality rust removal process
The blasting and rust removal process greatly improves the adhesion of the paint and reduces the internal stress during the welding process of the steel, and the overall quality is more reliable.
6) Spraying production line
Indoor spraying improves oxidation resistance and extends service life.
